Who we are.
Our website address is: www.pedrolemos.net.

What personal data is collected and why?
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the website, the data shown in the comments form, as well as the IP address and browser user agent, are stored to help with spam detection.

An anonymous string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check whether you are using it. The Gravatar service’s privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment has been approved, your profile picture will be visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Multimedia
When uploading images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded geolocation data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract geolocation data from images on the website.

Cookies
If you leave a comment on our website, you can choose to save your name, email address and website in cookies. This is for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit the login page, a temporary cookie will be set to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain any personal data and will be deleted when you close your browser.

When you log in, some cookies will be set to store your session information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for one year. If you select ‘Remember me’, your login will persist for two weeks. When you log out, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie does not include personal data; it only indicates the content ID of the article you have just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if the user had visited those websites.

This website may collect data about you, use cookies, embed third-party tracking, and monitor your interactions with it, including recording interactions with embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Analytical data
Who is your data shared with and how long is your data retained?
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so that any follow-up comments can be recognised and approved automatically, rather than being held in a moderation queue.

For users who register on our website (if any), we store the personal information provided in their user profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (with the exception of not being able to change their username). Website administrators can also view and edit this information.

What rights do you have over your data?
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an export file of the personal data we hold about you, including any personal data you have provided. You can also request that the data we hold about you be deleted. This does not include any personal data that we are required to retain for administrative, legal or security purposes.

Where are your data sent?
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
