Terms and conditions - Restaurante Pedro Lemos

Each guest must choose their path: Tasting Menu or À la Carte. This decision is not shared – each menu is unique, personal and non-transferable between two or more people. At tables of more than four people, the ritual requires harmony: everyone must follow the same direction, whether in the menu option or in the choice of dishes.

Allergy/food restriction
We use ingredients such as fish, seafood, citrus fruits, vegetables and fresh seasonal produce in the preparation of our dishes. Due to the composition of our menu and the identity of our cuisine, we are unable to accommodate the following dietary restrictions:
– Vegan, lactose-free, tomato-free, garlic-free, onion-free, carrot-free, celery-free, leek-free (used in our broths)

In case of restrictions on fish, shellfish and other seafood, the menu will be adjusted to predominantly vegetarian dishes. The combination of several dietary restrictions may sometimes not be feasible. If we are not notified in advance, we cannot guarantee the necessary changes and reserve the right to charge the full price of the menu. Children
Please note that we only accept children aged 8 years and older.

Mandatory Dess Code
Smart casual attire is perfectly appropriate for the occasion.
Your comfort is important to us, however, hats and flip-flops of any kind are not permitted, nor is sportswear of any style or brand.

Reservation system
To make a reservation, please use our online booking system available on our website: www.pedrolemos.net. Your booking will be confirmed by email and telephone using the details provided on the booking form. Credit Card Authorisation
You must provide your card details to guarantee your reservation. No charge will be made to your card at the time of booking.
You can cancel or change your reservation (subject to availability) free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you cancel or make changes after the 24-hour deadline or if you do not show up, the restaurant reserves the right to charge the amount of €140.00 per person to your card.
If your reservation arrives at the restaurant with fewer people than those confirmed in the reservation, the restaurant reserves the right to charge the amount of €140.00 per missing person.

Waiting list
Once your desired date is fully booked, you’ll have the option to join the waiting list. Joining the waiting list is optional and doesn’t guarantee a spot, but it does offer a chance if a table becomes available. If this happens, we’ll contact you. Because we rely on cancellations, we can’t say if or when you’ll be contacted. It’s possible and permitted to sign up for more than one date.

Reservations for a group of 7 or more people at Pedro Lemos Restaurant
Group reservation requests can be made through our online reservation system available on our website: www.pedrolemos.net, or via email: [email protected].

Access for people with reduced mobility
The restaurant is wheelchair accessible.
Please inform us in advance if you are arriving with a wheelchair so we can assign you a suitable table.
Our Unique space, due to the table height in this area, is not suitable for wheelchairs.

Dogs or other animals
Dogs or any other animal species are not allowed in the restaurant, with the exception of guide dogs.

We offer vegetarian dishes or a tasting menu upon request.

Photographing/filming the Pedro Lemos experience?
It is possible to take photos or film in the spaces indicated by our team, as long as it does not disturb other diners or the good service of the restaurant.

Pedro Lemos Restaurant Gift Voucher
To take advantage of this offer, you must make a reservation with the restaurant at least 48 hours in advance. Reservations are subject to restaurant availability.
The Pedro Lemos voucher is not valid on February 14th and December 31st, or on special event days.
When booking, you must provide the voucher number.
Each voucher is valid for one use only.
You must present the voucher on the day of your reservation.
Reservations may be changed provided the restaurant is notified at least 48 hours in advance. When notifying the cancellation, the voucher number and reservation details must be provided.
In the event of a no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, the voucher will be considered used.
In the event of non-use, loss, theft, or destruction of the voucher, the recipient will not be able to claim any compensation or use thereof. Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-redeemable, and valid for six months from the date stated on the voucher. After the voucher expires, the voucher becomes unusable.
