Profile
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in front-of-house management or positions of significant responsibility in fine dining restaurants or 5-star hotels
- Genuine passion for welcoming and caring for customers, with exceptional attention to detail to create a memorable and exclusive experience
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop a dining room team, fostering an environment of excellence, collaboration and proactivity.
- Solid knowledge of wines, other beverages and the restaurant menu, with the ability to advise customers in an experienced and personalised manner.
- Experience in managing reservations, allocating tables, coordinating service and ensuring a smooth flow during all stages of the meal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with the team and with customers, including managing unexpected situations with elegance and discretion.
- Highly organised, meticulous in maintaining the mise en place of the dining room and service procedures.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory). Knowledge of other languages (French, Spanish) is an asset.
