Profile
- Minimum of 3 years' professional experience as a bartender, preferably in fine dining restaurants, 5-star hotels or cocktail bars
- Solid knowledge of and passion for classic and contemporary mixology. Ability to create and execute cocktails with precision and creativity.
- Familiarity with a wide range of spirits, liqueurs, wines (in a bar context), beers, coffees and other beverages, including preparation techniques (infusions, syrups, etc.).
- Genuine enjoyment of interacting with customers, with an attentive, friendly and proactive attitude. Ability to ‘read’ the customer and suggest the perfect drink.
- Highly organised, meticulous in maintaining your workstation, stock control and compliance with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team, collaborating with the kitchen and front of house to ensure a smooth experience.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory). Knowledge of other languages (French, Spanish) is an asset
- Willingness to innovate, experiment and contribute new ideas to our drinks menu.
- Ability to adapt to flexible hours
