- Comply with and ensure compliance with Quality, Environment and Safety standards and procedures
- Contribute to alignment with Pedro Lemos' Policies, Strategy and Objectives
- Perform other activities necessary for the proper functioning of the space
- Replace other Cooks and Pastry Chefs in their duties whenever necessary
Profile
- Technical training in Kitchen Management and Production
- Minimum 2 years' experience in similar roles
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques
- Good knowledge of HACCP
- Willingness to learn, curiosity and proactivity
- Good personal and professional presentation
- Team spirit and good communication skills
- Ability to organise, execute and pay attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to flexible working hours
